Josephine shares her 5 minute exercise video using Dr. Rangan Chatterjee's book 'Feel Better in 5'. It is based on high intensity training which has been shown to be good for wellbeing, attack the bad fat in our bodies and improve energy levels. It involves alternating exercise and rest while doing a series of 5 exercises. Try it and let us know how you get on!
