PACT Southwark to host Social Prescribing Information Event for health workers

On Thursday 29th August 2019, Parents And Communities Together (PACT Southwark) is putting on a special information event for local healthcare workers to encourage them in Social Prescribing.  The evening will include information about PACT's activities, stories from mums about how they've benefitted and research findings about the impact of our services.  The informal event will include food and time for networking and is free but health workers need to register on Eventbrite.
